Mobile Application

Meian mobile software can make the ST-VGT connect to the IP camera to use.

It have two ways to realise the functions.

1. Local Area Network Way

For this way, user can realize basic way to check the IPC status.

Open new account for the IPC, just press the local account to login in. Input the IP info from the local account and connect it.

Similar operations for the ST-VGT, input the IP address of the panel system to the local account.

2. Extranet Way

User can realize to the alarm and video linkage to alarm.

If zone 01 be triggered, the IPC01 will be sync. zone 1 status. Users can receive the video on spot from the zone 01 from APP.

For the Extranet way, User have to obtained Meian CMS software. Fixed IP address.

Users make the panel system and IPC connect to the Meian CMS platform and remote operation by the platform way.

For the Meian CMS platform, which can support at least 10000 users online supervison. More info please contact with our sales person.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
