2.No support 5G,Camera only support 2.4G WiFi(wifi name & password must be English or Arabic numerals,other Fonts and Symbols is not supported).
3.If you will not connect it after you receive the camera,please reference as below photo or vedio on the selling link.
4.Put the camera to router as closed as you can,if there are any issues during the installation,press hold on the reset button for 5 second to reset the camera,and then connect it once again.
5.Download the APP “carecampro” or “carecam” on user manual or Google Play or iTunes Store.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
